1:30 pm - Assemble (meet and greet old and new friends)

1:45pm - Opening addresses

2:00pm - Coached warm-up for Mile (optional) or Pack Run option

2:15pm - CHAV Mile races

2:30pm - Afternoon tea & Easter Egg Hunt
