If you would like to run in this SCRATCH Relay, please fill out the entry form by SATURDAY 24 JULY.
NOTE - The course is mainly gravel and not suitable for spikes.
RACE INFORMATION
Senior Relay Start - 12:30pm
Under 16 Relay Start - 1:30pm
VENUE: Lake Roto Kohatu Reserve
Parking will be via Sawyers Arms Road and surrounding streets. You will then have to walk in over the hill to the start area. Allow enough time!
TEAMS:
SM, MM, Mixed - 4 runners x 2 laps of 2.5km
SW, MW - 4 runners x 2 laps of 2.5km
Under 16 - 4 runners x 1 lap of 2.5km
SCRATCH start, all teams start together. Seniors start at 12:30pm and Under 16 teams start at 1:30pm.
